Things to Keep in Mind Regarding Your Trusses
Generally, trusses are designed to be supported on the outer walls. The inner walls are not usually load-bearing structures. If your inner walls are bearing loads, be sure to clearly mark them in your layouts
Prior to loading your roof, be sure all the truss bracing is permanently fixed and all bolts and brackets are tightened
Trusses are engineered to function as a unit. Never cut members, remove members, or otherwise modify the truss without first talking to us! Call 812-273-5482 for details
